How to know when it’s time to stop…

You’ve been going hard.  You feel the strain of your emotions tugging at you.  Like the end is so close you can nearly taste it, feel it, embody it.

You’re exhausted.  Your body aches with the need for calm.  But you feel you’re just not there yet.  Just one more class.  Just one more push before I allow myself to stop.

It’s time to listen to your body.

Chill in the full glory of lush awareness, and stop.

It’s time.

Time for the calm to flow over you, like a soft breeze of hope.  Your love has been felt, absorbed and registered.  All the processes are in place for a bright and wondrous outcome.

You’re at peace with the ones you love.  They connect you, and fuel your vision.

Stop.  Soak it up.  Receive the good that you deserve.  Your bright light is a gift.  A cherished gift for all whom bath in your sun.

Love.  Let go.  Breathe.

Whatever you’re holding onto, let go.  Whomever you’re clinging to, let go.  Breath in the love that is, and let go of the pain inside.

Share your experience.  Touch others with your voice.  Find the calm, and love yourself from the inside.

You’re special.  You’re unique.  You’re a multifaceted diamond, reflecting light to each corner of your life.
